Pit-Cooked Pork Barbecue!

Since the 1950's folks in these parts have come to know the Center Community for our barbecue.

Pork shoulders, slow-cooked over hardwood coals and served with Center's unique "yellow slaw" and vinegar based "dip" have become local favorites.  Be sure to try some of our homemade hushpuppies too! Our big sandwiches are enough to fill even the heartiest of appetites. We also serve BBQ in plates, trays, and pounds. Plus we offer all-beef hotdogs, french fries, homemade desserts and cold soft drinks.

We only cook about 2 TONS of meat for each Barbecue so make sure to get yours early.
